Note: Proposed BBA program will be offered in four major specializations:
1. Finance
2. Marketing
3. Human Resource Management
4. Project Management

INTRODUCTION

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program prepares students for executive career in business and other organizations. The degree helps the graduate to fulfill potential for high earnings, increased responsibility, and greater personal development. The present decade has been labeled as the era of business, business administration and business graduates. The BBA program aims at developing a student’s intellectual ability, executive personality and managerial skills through an appropriate blending of business and general education. The program assists the Student in understanding and developing the unique leadership qualities required for successfully managing business functions, an organizational unit or an enterprise. The program aims to fulfill staffing needs of firms in areas like finance, marketing and human resource management. We will also use case study method as teaching methodology. This program also prepares the students for admission in graduate program like MBA and MS.

BBA PROGRAM MISSION STATEMENT

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

1. To transform students in way so that they may become efficient and ethical managers and create a sustainable business environment at global and local level.
2. To create a competitive environment to attract more students from leading national/ international institutes.
3. To impart quality education, which is fundamentally market focused, with greater emphasis on the applicative side of concepts and learning.
4. To enable students to become successful entrepreneurs by providing them requisite skills and knowledge.
5. To develop capacities that enable students to identify and resolve real life business problems by using research-oriented insights.
6. To ensure that our core curriculum is continuously aligned with the external linkages.
7. To foster better managerial skills such as decision making and analytical skills, ability to work with teams, communication skills and leadership capacities.
8. To develop management capabilities particularly related to business support functions in aviation industry focusing on human development, financial, project and supply management functions.

After completion of this program:

8. Analyze costs and benefits applicable to all business-related matters.

10. Develop effective communication using all available technological resources in organizational context.
11. Take decision by interpreting factual data using sophisticated analytical tools abreast of current trends prevailing modern business organizations.

SCOPE OF THE PROGRAM

With the greater rise in the modernization and globalization, most of the organizations are expanding and thus graduates with the ability to help in the scaling up the operations are highly wanted by the big Multi-National Corporations. Additionally, rise of Small and Medium Enterprises in Pakistani context has increasingly created the need of developing entrepreneurial abilities. And BBA graduates have the much higher ability to perform in these tasks than anyone else making it possible for a person with a BBA degree to help in the operations. Thus, making the BBA graduates one of the important parts of the modern organizations. There are a number of parts in an organization where the candidates who have a professional degree in business administration are required. These areas involve from smallest of the operation to taking out whole analysis of the organization. As per the specialization in which the graduation is pursued the area can be chosen to have a future in it. Some of the major areas that offer a nice experience to candidates with the BBA degree are Banks, Professional Organizations and MNC’s, Marketing Management, Educational Areas and bodies, Logistics Companies, E-commerce organizations, Data analysis Organization, Consulting Firms, Finance & Accounting Management, Entrepreneurship, HR Management, Supply Chain Management, Tourism Management. DURATION OF THE PROGRAM

Duration of Bachelor of Business Administration program is four (04) years (08 Semesters).
