The Department of Computer Science at Air University Aerospace and Aviation Campus, Kamra (AU-A&ACK) was established in 2020 as part of the vision of Aviation City and the Aerospace and Aviation Campus, Kamra. Currently, the department offers two undergraduate programs: BS Computer Science and BS Cyber Security. The curricula of the degree programs are fully aligned with the requirements of the accreditation bodies to comprise state-of-the-art courses that will prepare students for future challenges in computing and related fields. The department strives to maintain high standards through quality in teaching, learning, and research, with an emphasis on theoretical foundations, practical skills and cutting-edge applications of the subjects. To enhance and groom the soft skills of students, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities are planned and organized throughout the degree program. The department has well-qualified and experienced faculty working in diverse areas of computing including Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain Technology, Distributed Computing, Software Engineering, Information Security, Network Security and Digital Forensics. The conducive environment of the department provides an excellent opportunity to produce competent computing professionals for the national and international markets.
