On behalf of faculty members and staff, I welcome you to the Department of Avionics Engineering, Aerospace and Aviation Campus, Air University Kamra.

The department was established in 2017 in a temporary building inside PAC Kamra. However, a custom-built campus of Air University Kamra has started functioning at Aviation City, Kamra. As a pioneering academic institute of Aviation City, Kamra, we feel pride to be associated closely with the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC), the hub of the aviation industry in Pakistan. Most of our faculty members are program leads in various technology programs being undertaken at PAC. By virtue of their practical experience in the avionics domain, they are able to blend academic knowledge with invaluable field experience. Academia-industry collaboration is one of the core guiding principles of our Master’s program and we design our scheme-of-studies to foster the state-of-the-art technology development needed by the aviation industry of Pakistan. Our students are provided a unique opportunity to work on actual projects of PAC, thus facilitating their entry into a competitive job market.
