Ms. Hafiza Zarafshan Mukhtiar is serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at Air University Kamra. She has recently completed her MS in Data Science, with a research focus on Scientometrics and Researcher Evaluation. Her thesis explored advanced statistical models and machine learning techniques to design novel indices for assessing academic performance across diverse research domains. Her academic and research interests include data science, statistical modeling, scientometrics, machine learning, and research evaluation metrics. She is passionate about integrating research into teaching, equipping students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to excel in academia and industry. She has contributed research publications in the field of scientometrics and continues to work on advancing methodologies for evaluating researchers’ impact through data-driven approaches.
