Dr. Nadia Ashraf

Dr. Nadia Ashraf has been an integral member of Air University Aerospace & Aviation Campus Kamra for over five years, serving as an Assistant Professor and Program Manager of the BBA program. As the first female faculty member of the campus, she has played a pioneering role in both academic and non-academic capacities, significantly contributing to the establishment and growth of the campus.
Dr. Ashraf holds an MS in Management Sciences (Specialization in Finance) and is a Gold Medalist, along with a Ph.D. in Management Sciences (Specialization in Finance) from the International Islamic University, Islamabad. In her role as an Assistant Professor, she is dedicated to delivering high-quality education, fostering critical thinking, and promoting a deep understanding of financial principles among her students.
Dr. Ashraf has been instrumental in proposing and developing key academic programs at the Kamra campus, including the BBA, BS Aviation Management, BS FinTech, and MS Management Sciences programs. Her commitment to academic excellence is further demonstrated by her active participation in professional development, including training in research methods, advanced teaching techniques, and case study pedagogy.
Beyond her academic responsibilities, Dr. Ashraf is a valued member of the editorial and review boards for several high-impact international journals, where she contributes significantly through her research and peer review. She also plays an important role in the department as an internship coordinator, ensuring students gain valuable real-world experience. Additionally, she has played a crucial role in non-academic positions, furthering the overall success and reputation of the campus.
